Ed Armstrong
Director
Mr. Armstrong has practiced law with the local law firm of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel and Burns, LLP since 1982. He is a shareholder as well. His practice there has been comprised primarily of representing clients involved in complex land use matters and governmental relations. Mr. Armstrong was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 after earning his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University in that same year. His current civic responsibilities include membership on the Morton Plant Mease Hospital Board of Trustees since 2005 and participation in the Pinellas County Economic Development Task Force since 2000. He has also been Chairman of the Clearwater regional Chamber of Commerce (in 2000), participated in the Pinellas County Charter Review Committee (in 1998 and 2004) and was the Annexation Task Force Chairman of the Pinellas Assembly (in 2003).
Richard W. Cope
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Former head of Arvida Realty Services, a full service residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm with more than 100 offices throughout Florida. Mr. Cope currently serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board for the University of Florida and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Cope now manages his personal investments.

Philip Doganiero
Director
President of Doganiero Holdings, Inc., a private investment company, since 1998. From 1982 - 1995, Mr. Doganiero was the founder and CEO of National Data Products, Inc., a systems integration company. Following a 1995 merger with Dataflex Corp., a publicly traded network integration company, Mr. Doganiero remained as Chairman until 1998. In 1999, he lead a small group of Angel Investors in providing a fledgling local company, PODS, the startup capital necessary to become an international moving and storage company, where he presently serves as Vice Chairman. Among his civic commitments, he has served as a board member and benefactor of St. Paul's School, The Long Center, Clearwater for Youth and Clearwater Central Catholic High School.
Daniel M. Doyle
Director
Chairman of Dex Imaging, Inc., an office equipment distributor located in Florida, Tennessee, Maryland and Alabama and since 2001 has served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Brain Buzz, an Internet test preparation company. Mr. Doyle is a founder, and for 21 years served as President/CEO of Danka Business Systems PLC. Mr. Doyle serves or has served on the boards of Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Florida Orchestra, Morton Plant Foundation, Clearwater for Youth and United Way of Pinellas, and is the co-chairman of United Way of Pinellas and Chairman of the Florida Orchestra. Mr. Doyle is an inductee into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame.
Larry C. Morgan
Director
In 1991, Mr. Morgan acquired his first retail tire company in Clearwater. From 1991 - 2001, Morgan Tire & Auto Inc. dba Tires Plus, grew to 600 stores located in a 27 state area and generated as much as $1 billion in annual sales. Mr. Morgan is a former President of the Tire Industry Association and in 2001 he was named "Tire Dealer of the Year" by Modern Tire Dealer. Mr. Morgan currently owns Honda, Toyota, Suzuki and Mitsubishi car dealerships along with a construction company and a company that manufactures and sells mailboxes and signs. He is also in the self-storage business. Mr. Morgan's community involvement includes Finance Chairman and board member of Morton Plant Mease Hospital, Chairman Elect of Morton Plant Mease Hospital, member of the Finance Committee and Board of Directors of Bay Care and board member of the Chrysler Championship (PGA golf tournament). He is also a board member of the Florida Council on Economic Education and a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of South Florida at St. Petersburg. Recently, the Morgan family made a $5 million gift to Morton Plant Mease Healthcare to build the new Morton Plant Morgan Heart Hospital in Clearwater. Mr. Morgan has been inducted into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame.
Ronald M. Ricardo
Director
A Senior Partner with Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, LLC in Clearwater since 1991. Prior to joining that firm, he was a Partner-in-Charge of KPMG Peat Marwick in Clearwater. He has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over 35 years. He serves as a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast, Inc. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Clearwater. Mr. Ricardo is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas and is very active in various Chamber of Commerce activities. He is a past President of the Leukemia Society and past Chairman of the Better Business Bureau of West Florida.

Patricia S. Ryan
Director
Since 2001, she has been a community volunteer and self-employed management consultant. Prior to her retirement, Ms. Ryan was employed by IBM Corporation for 19 years in various sales, marketing and general management positions. Her community involvement includes service as a Trustee and Board Secretary for St. Paul's School, Board Supervisor for six Community Development Districts in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, Trustee of Morton Plant Mease Hospital and member of the Board of Directors of Morton Plant Mease Primary Care, Inc. She is the mother of three young, active children.
David P. Stone
President/CEO and Director
Mr. Stone brings a wealth of banking expertise to Liberty with his 40 years of local, banking experience. Mr. Stone has 33 years experience in executive management including Executive Vice President of the Bank of Clearwater and President and CEO of both Citizens Bank & Trust and First National Bank of Florida; all community banks located in Clearwater. Mr. Stone has been involved in many community organizations over the years and is currently a Director and Past Chairman of the Board of PACT, Inc. (Ruth Eckerd Hall). He also serves on the Board of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation and is a past Chairman of the Board of Mease Hospitals, the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC). In addition, Mr. Stone was honored as Mr. Clearwater in 2001 by the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce and in 1999 received the Clearwater Bar Association's Liberty Bell Award and was recognized by the City of Clearwater for outstanding community service.
J. Alan Grandoff
Executive Vice President/CFO
Mr. Grandoff's banking career spans 27 years. Prior to joining Liberty Bank, Mr. Grandoff was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Commercial Bank of Tampa Bay. Mr. Grandoff has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of South Florida. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeanette G. Renfrow
Senior Vice President and City Executive
Mrs. Renfrow's banking career spans 33 years. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance. In addition, she is 1984 graduate of the American Bankers Association, Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University and served as President of her class. She is the immediate past Chairman of the Board for the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, President of the Belleair Country Club, and serves on the Boards of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation, the Florida Gulf Coast Ballet and Charity Works, Inc. She is a member of the Morton Plant Mease Hospital Community Board and a Board member of Leadership Tampa Bay. She has been named a "Woman of Distinction" by the Suncoast Girl Scout Council and received the "Tribute to Women in Industry Award" from the YWCA.
Gary S. Gray
Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer
Mr. Gray's banking career spans 20 years in Pinellas County. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Gray was an Executive Vice President/Regional Loan Manager for First National Bank of Florida/Tampa Bay and Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer for Citizens Bank and Trust in Clearwater. Mr. Gray is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has previously served as Chairman of the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Community Reinvestment Corporation's Board of Directors, the City of Clearwater Brownfields Advisory Board and Morton Plant Hospital's Corporate Associates Board.
Pat Brown
Vice President/Assistant Manager
Mrs. Brown is a dedicated banking professional with 23 years of banking experience. She began her banking career in 1983 at Bank of Clearwater. Before she joined Liberty Bank, she was the Customer Service Manager for six years at Peoples Bank. She is a graduate of Dunedin High School and holds an Associate of Science Degree in Fashion and Merchandising. She is very active in the Clearwater community. Her affiliations include: Board member Homeless Emergency Project, Inc, Member of Clearwater Neighborhood Housing Loan Committee, Graduate of Leadership Pinellas and Leadership Tampa Bay, Member Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and The First South Florida Congress # 4. She has served as a volunteer for the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, Charity Works Monopoly Night fundraiser and UPARC Festival of Trees.
Ana Maria Schweitzer
Assistant Vice President/Marketing Officer
Ms. Schweitzer brings nineteen years of business and banking experience to the Liberty Bank team. Ana Maria was Chief of Operations and Foreign Currency at the large Banco Popular in Peru. Her banking career in the United States began in 1993 at Barnett Bank. As part of the original Liberty Bank team, Ana Maria serves as Marketing Officer. Ms. Schweitzer received her B.S. in Business Management from the German-Peruvian Superior Institute of Business. She is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay and Leadership Pinellas as well as serving for many years for the Clearwater Jazz Festival Treasury Committee. She serves on the Board of The Kimberly Home. She has served as a volunteer for the annual Festival of Trees event in Clearwater, La Clinica Guadalupana, as well as Charity Works' Monopoly Night fundraisers. She is a member of the Executive Committee of The Kimberly Home
